Window gets lost when changing display arrangement

Description

I'm running OSX 10.12.3 (Sierra) on macbook pro with external second monitor. When changing the display arrangement in System Preferences while running a remote application in XQuartz, the window gets "lost". You can still see window contents with XQuart->Show all windows, but it does not appear on either monitor nor is it assignable to any space. The window reappears, when changing the display arrangement back to what it was before.

Version: 2.7.11 (xserver-1.18.4)
