[Xwayland] Black screen with Steam on startup after 3a0fc268

Starting at commit 3a0fc268, when using Xwayland through xwayland-satellite, I get a black screen when Steam first opens. It also happens when first opening Big Picture. It's rectified by resizing (fullscreening/unfullscreening) the window.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
