xserver 21.1 breaks fbdev & vesa (segfault in PreInit() -> SetDpi()) : "if (config->compat_output < 0)" with config=(xf86CrtcConfigPtr) 0x21

Hi

Rebuilding the Mageia Linux installer with xserver 21.1 results in a segfault when using either fbdev or vesa.

Both drivers segfault with the same stacktrace.
