XWayland: immediate mode for direct scanout

For games it is often desirable to scan out the result directly, without any buffering in between. From looking at some code here and testing with KWin it appears this is currently impossible with XWayland though; while the refresh rate for games is unlimited, the buffer submitted to the compositor is untouched until it is released again, regardless of any game settings.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
