[XWayland] Brightness setting in fullscreen games is not functional

Tested on: xorg-x11-server-Xwayland-1.20.10

Description: The brightness setting of games like "Counterstrike: Global Offensive" allow to alter the brightness/gamma while in Fullscreen mode. This setting is functional on Xorg, but non-functional on Xwayland while running the game in full screen mode. Non-functional means the slider/values can be modified and set, but there is no visible effect.
