Xwayland: osu! on wine runs at 1 FPS after a certain wine commit

Fedora 33, xorg-x11-server-Xwayland-1.20.9-1.fc33.x86_64, but this has been a thing for a while. Xorg is unaffected.

This commit of wine caused osu! to be limited to 1 FPS on Xwayland. It's still reproducible on latest wine on weston, mutter and sway. I don't know of any other applications that are affected.

I originally reported it to wine but I realized it's likely an Xwayland issue.
