Description
Hello,
My setup is this:
- intel graphic card, two heads positioned with xrandr, driven by an X server
- nvidia graphic card, one head, driven by another X server
- I am running Xdmx on top of the two other servers in order to be able to move windows from one to the other.
My window manager, through xinerama, is however only seeing two screens: one big screen corresponding to the intel X server, and another corresponding to the nvidia X server. The result is that when maximizing windows on either of the intel heads, they maximize to the whole intel screen, i.e. two heads, which is not expected by the users, who just sees 3 threads on his desk, and does not want to know about two of them actually being one for the window manager.
AIUI, this is because Xdmx does not propagate the multihead information of the Intel server to its clients, I'd say it should.
