presentproto.txt does not define or explain 'msc' or 'ust'

The Present Protocol spec uses the terms 'msc' and 'ust' without ever defining them or explaining what they are.

https://lwn.net/Articles/569265/ says that the msc is the "media stream counter" and "The MSC is a monotonically increasing counter of the number of frames since power on".

ust appears to be some form of the system time.
