This Gitlab Has Non-Scrolling Sidebar

This gitlab currently follows now-standard web design with a non-scrolling sidebar alongside the scrolling issues list.

So trying to scroll the page can trigger migraines and/or motion sickness in motion-sensitive users. There are workarounds, such as only paging down, or reducing frame rates. But they don't always prevent these symptoms.
