Created attachment 128191 compose.dir
I propose patches for compose.dir, locale.dir and locale.alias.
1.) They fix and add missing information for the de_LI (Liechtenstein) locale 2.) They add the new de_IT (South Tyrol, Italy) locale
Both locales have been added in glibc release 2.24 and are part of Unicode's CLDR.
