mga/G400/G450: 'BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)' during xv

Description
Since xf86-video-mga 1.6.1 xv video is broken for me. (xf86-video-mga 1.6.0 works fine)
When playing a video file using mplayer with the xv driver, the output window shows no video output. Additionally a continious stream 'BadAlloc' errors is printed.
X11 error: BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)
From this point on it's speculation on my part:
It seems in the last commit 'USE_XAA' was renamed to 'XAA' in some places but not in all. Also (at least on my system) 'XAA' was never actually defined.
I know XAA is being phased out, but compiling with XAA disabled didn't work either.
I wrote a patch that fixes the problem for me, but someone should verify it.
