[GM965 KMS] TV margins ignored in xorg.conf

Submitted by Robert Lowery

Assigned to Chris Wilson @ickle

Link to original bug (#25430)

Description

At startup my CRT TV connected via component no longer picks up the margins specified in my xorg.conf file which used to work before KMS. Adding
the nomodeset kernel boot parameter to revert to UMS mode resolves the issue.

System Environment
AOpen MiniPC MP965-DR (GM965 based)
Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic)
Kernel 2.6.31
xserver 1.6.4
Intel driver 2.9.0
