regression in 0.5.0 caused by ae0aeffa

The current driver fails to work in some scenarios where it used to work fine with 0.4.x. Like for instance running a qemu vm with Bochs and grub gfxpayload=keep. This log shows how it fails now:

bad-xorg.log

and the same version plus the commit reverted:

good-xorg.log

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
