Dummy driver should have an option to also take a VT

Submitted by Samuel Thibault @sthibaul

Description

Hello,

Blind people often want to avoid having to plug an actual screen to their computer, and yet still start an X session (and access it with their screen reader software). More and more drivers however refuse to initialize without an actual screen. Instead of fighting with each and every one of them, the dummy driver is a nice solution.

However, as of version 0.3.4, it does not seem to be taking a VT like other drivers. The result is that input devices are not working at all, thus making the X session unusable.

The dummy driver should at least have an option to behave like other drivers concerning VTs.

Samuel
