Mouse pointer disappear when I work with vncviewer

Description

When I leave vncviewer or Remote Desktop (using vnc protocol) opened for a long time (more than 10 min) - mouse pointer disappear. I'm using fc3 on IBM R50 laptop with USB mouse and TrackPoint. When pointer disappear I can not use not USB mouse nor TrackPoint, but if I switch to another text console I got my mouse back.
