Tool serial, hw id, etc. aren't available through properties

The serial number and tool id are used in the name of the device but otherwise discarded. This makes it mostly impossible for a client to apply tool-specific settings. The various ids should be available as property, similar to the wacom driver.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
