xkbwatch should not take keyboard focus

Description

Created attachment 140187 patch to add a "-noinput" option

XkbWatch is mostly a display app, showing states of modifiers latches. It's useful to have it always-on-top and sticky-to-all-desktops. However, it will often be activated accidentally when switching window or desktop and take keyboard focus, while there's nothing to do in its window. It should do like xclock does and not take keyboard focus.

Attached is a patch to add a "-noinput" command-line option that will prevent xkbwatch to gain keyboard focus. Default behavior is unchanged, the change is "opt-in".
