Fix for issue "Build failure with stricter C compilers (e.g. GCC 14)", issue #15 doesn't work with libXaw 1.0.16

The fix for #15 (closed) doesn't seem to be there in xdm-1.1.15, though I see MR !18 (merged) and I see it's reference in the 1.1.15 release notes (!21 (merged)).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
