Incorrectly labeled keys in japanese layouts, Questions about Inet and evdev
I was struggling with Issue #50 (closed) but after I applied the workaround I found that the mentioned keys aren't even labeled correctly in any Japanese layout.
EDIT
I closed the Issue, resolved to fix-it-myself and open a PR, but its a little more complicated than that so I'm opening this back up for discussiion. The symbols files seem to be all labeled according to xfree86 keycodes rather than evdev (so for me that means my Muhenkan and Henkan keys are 100 & 102 not 129 & 131) and there is also the sun keycodes. So I have a Bunch of questions now.
What is even the purpose of symbols/inet? Why does it load last? What even is it? Is evdev really less commonly used than XFree86? Are there even any distros that still use XFree86?
