Added 'Sanskrit symbols' layout
I have added a layout for typing all vedic and miscellaneous symbols. This will be helpful for typing complex sanskrit texts and for testing fonts for glyph positioning.
Currently, third and fourth layer of this layout are kept blank (except the included rupeesign). This is intended for customized use by adding symbols as required.
