Recent releases are not available at ftp.freedesktop.org/pub/xorg//individual/data/xkeyboard-config

The xkeyboard-config package for my Linux distribution grabs the upstream source from ftp://ftp.freedesktop.org/pub/xorg//individual/data/xkeyboard-config/xkeyboard-config-<version>.tar.bz2. It appears that the latest release at that URL is 2.34. What is the process for getting release artifacts available there?
