section(§) has been dropped completely in "eu" in favor for Ssharp/U1E9E

In 08ef288b the borderline useless "Ssharp" (U1E9E) symbol has been introduced following https://eurkey.steffen.bruentjen.eu/changelog.html for Version 1.3, which is still in beta, replacing the essential "section" (§). Alas other changes like:

"Made ¬ a dead key with these bindings: ..."

Has not been implemented, thus § has been dropped completely and is no longer accessible.

I would consider "eu" broken atm. This should be reverted to the current version 1.2 behavior until 1.3 is also available for Linux and out of beta.
