xdg-email manpage homepage is wrong

http://portland.freedesktop.org/wiki/EmailConfig doesn’t exist, it probably should be http://portland.freedesktop.org/EmailConfig/. Yet, that link is throwing a “Forbidden”.

While at it, a “BUGS“-section in the manpage wouldn’t hurt either, finding this site took me something like 15mins.
