Additions to the Global Shortcuts spec

The following discussion from !27 (merged) should be addressed:

@davidedmundson started a discussion: XF86* keys are valid global shortcuts that should not be expected to be received by applications. "Print" is also a valid global shortcut standalone that many desktops use in standalone or in combination with other modifiers.
They should be definitely be listed.
We (KDE) and gnome have also globalshortcuts on control+alt+XYZ Gnome has many alt+F0-12 and we have many control+F0-12
KDE and gnome both have default shortcuts on control+esc or alt+escape.
