audio/x-mpegurl (.m3u) plaintext description is innacurate

"MP3 audio (streamed)" is inaccurate as a description for this filetype. There is no specification that exists defining an m3u playlist as solely mp3 as it can equally describe a playlist of flac, ogg, wav, or any other media including pictures. It also does not solely describe streaming, as the locations of the files can be either local or remote.

I propose replacing this text with "Media playlist" as I feel this is more accurate
