xwayland: add wlr_xwayland_get_xwm_connection

vaxry requested to merge vaxerski/wlroots:xwm_getconn into master

Allows the compositors to get the xwm connection.

My usecase is to change a few atoms set within the xwm->window, like e.g. _NET_WM_NAME.
