tinywl: Enable view porter and presentation

Alexander Orzechowski requested to merge Nefsen402/wlroots:tinywl-enable-extensions into master

Both these wayland extensions come for free with wlr_scene. We just have to enable them.

I was scratching my head wondering why Firefox was behaving completely differently with tinywl than the sway scene fork and I finally realized that it was because of these extensions. Shouldn't hurt to enable them.
