_NET_WM_SYNC_REQUEST support

There is an old series implementing _NET_WM_SYNC_REQUEST support in XWM from @lfrb. It might be nice to resurrect and get merged.

Four patches of the original eight remain. The very least needs rebasing and a Gitlab submission.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
