[FEATURE REQUEST]: disable while typing option

The libinput section of weston.ini should have a boolean option for enabling and disabling the disable while typing functionality. See https://wayland.freedesktop.org/libinput/doc/latest/palm-detection.html#disable-while-typing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
