weston-simple-damage --rotating-transform uses wrong damage

weston-simple-damage --rotating-transform doesn't properly damage the previous position of the ball, creating glitches.

As of weston 5.0, there are more glitches in this scenario, but they seem to caused by a bug in the compositor.
