Cursor only gets its top left quarter displayed on HiDPI

Maybe related to the fixed bug: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101608

I'm still experiencing this on 4.0.0 and the current master (78a42116), though.

It happens when I start weston with the drm-backend from a tty, but not when I run weston --nested within another compositor.
