gl-renderer: Assume default GL_PACK_REVERSE_ROW_ORDER_ANGLE state 



Revert pixel store's GL_PACK_REVERSE_ROW_ORDER_ANGLE changes to
default value right after use so that other part of the code can
assume the default state.
