Video playback flickers & freezes when dragged on another video playing

When drag the video playing via MPV player on top another video playing could see the toplevel video freezes & starts to flicker while try to drag. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start playing a 2k video using mpv player via terminal
  2. Once 1st video starts playing start another video playing using mpv via terminal which is of lesser dimension.
  3. Once 2nd video starts playing on top of the 1st video, start dragging from one position to another on top of 1st video.

Observed result: 2nd video freezes & starts to flicker.

Expected result: No freeze or flicker should be seen.
