Output transform misleading description

The docs say:

4 - 180 degree flip around a vertical axis

This is needlessly confusing. There is no degrees involved in flipping. A better description would be:

4 - horizontal flip (mirrored across the vertical axis)

The descriptions of the other flipped transforms could be more specific about the order:

5 - horizontal flip, followed by a 90 degree counter-clockwise rotation
