Deprecate fullscreen-shell

With the changes from !1397 (merged) and !1401 (merged) merged we might start considering deprecating fullscreen-shell entirely and suggest users using kiosk-shell instead.

screen-share module is dependent on it so need documenting how to set-up overlapping outputs to achieve the same functionality I suppose.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
