Chromium not fullscreen after disconnect hdmi monitor and then reconnect

This issue has been originally posted on Toradex Community, but Toradex engineers think that it depends on how Weston behaves. This is what happens:

  • a Chromium window is opened in kiosk mode (fullscreen) on Weston running on NXP iMX8M device
  • after the HDMI cable is unplugged, and the re-plugged, the Chromium window is no more at fullscreen (you can see in the image posted on the Toradex Community).

Can someone confirm if this is a Weston behavior or not? Thanks
