Migrate to a standalone organization

Weston is under the Wayland organization right now. Historically it was the first Wayland compositor, but nowadays it doesn't make much sense to keep things that way. Weston is not a more "official" compositor than others.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
