Dynamically adapt resolution to monitor ?

I have a 1600x900 laptop, with an external 1920x1080 monitor. For various reasons I am still running X11, and I use Weston to run Waydroid. It works fine.

Only problem is resolution. With 1920x1080 in weston.ini, it looks good on the external monitor, but is unusable on the built-in monitor. So I used 1600x900, now it looks fine on the built-in monitor, but of course on the external one it doesn't use all the available screen real estate.

Is it possible to dynamically change Weston's resolution when I drag the Weston window from one monitor to the other ?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
