Application with weston.h include fails since it can not find libweston.h include file.

I got following error in Ubuntu 20.04 when i build an application which include weston.h

libweston_include_error

installed weston version is 8.0.0 As it seems weston.h file can not locate libweston.h. Does any one has an idea on this ? Really appreciate you time.
