Mipi display rotate with weston-wayland

Hi Team,

I want to rotate weston wayland window.

I can rotate weston wayland window using weston.ini, but it needs to restart weston service to apply the rotation.

Can any one help me with rotating weston wayland window without using weston.ini?

Any help will be appreciated.
