Feature request: background image for kiosk shell

It would be useful for us to have a background image on the kiosk shell, so it's not just a grey square while our software is loading. Is this something that would be reasonable to add?

I'd be willing to contribute with some mentorship

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
