Pipewire output is always two frames late

When using the Pipewire plugin introduced in !177 (merged), using the suggested gst-launch-1.0 command as the consumer, a latency can be felt in use.

A very good testcase is to open a terminal emulator fullscreen, and to type characters: the buffer displayed by Gstreamer is always two letters behind what the user has inputed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
