Make GBM dependency optional in DRM backend

    Is this something which belongs to KMS?

    The reason I am asking its the only dependency to gbm in the kms.c file. Since my ultimate goal is to have the DRM backend compile without gbm, I prefer to have all gbm related stuff in as few files as possible...
