Draft: connection: print elements of arrays with element-type

Isaac Freund requested to merge ifreund/wayland:array-arg-element-type-print into main

If the array has an element-type specified in the xml, use this to print the values of the array in WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 output.

This is a more involved change to review so I've separated it out from the hopefully uncontroversial !300.

Depends on !300 and is thus marked as a draft until that is merged.
