Document semantics of multi-plane YUV formats in wl-shm

The semantics of multi-plane YUV formats in wl_shm are unclear, making it impossible to properly validate inputs. Even for linux-dmabuf, the semantics of subsampled formats are still unclear if the width or height is not a multiple of the subsampling amount, such as an odd width or height for NV12.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
