xwayland on nvidia causes flickering and wierd framebuffer bugs

I recently got sway working with my nvidia gpu, and it was working perfectly, except for when i recompiled sway with xwayland, then wierd flickering came up, and framebuffer bugs and all sorts of wierd behaviour. I don't think this is a bug with my compositor as this didn'ẗ happen before enabling xwayland. ( i'm new to wayland, xwayland, and stuff like that so i don't even know if this is the right place to report this ) I have attatched a video that shows some of the stuff i'm seeing.
