Meson runs 23 tests while autotools runs 25, is something missing?

I had a quick look at the CI log of the autotools build vs. Meson build, and they run a different number of tests. Is the Meson build missing to run some tests, like proxy one? It looks like not all tests are named exactly the same, so it needs a more careful look.

If something is missing from the Meson build, they should be added.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
