Remove doc/man/
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/wayland/wayland/-/tree/master/doc%2Fman is almost empty.
IMHO doc-comments are enough. We don't need to maintain yet another documentation system.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
