[Feature request] Implement a "restricted-action" API via polkit

The Wayland protocol does not support certain actions, like pointer warping, due to security concerns. I suggest implementing these functions, but instead of exposing them to users immediately, lock them behind being root.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
