tablet: Need a way to query tool button count

From libinput/libinput#841 (closed):

KDE's Tablet Settings KCM needs a way to query the amount of tool buttons available to the stylus. However looking through the current tablet v2 protocol, there's only a way to query the amount of tablet frame buttons. Is it something I just missed while searching or is it currently not exposed?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
